FiiNGO is committed to transparency regarding payments and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing products or services.
1. Memberships
- Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellation incurs a fee equal to half of the remaining term.
- Membership pauses may be requested for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month, with paused time added to the end of the membership. Extended pauses may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Other than early cancellation fees, membership payments are non-refundable.
2. Drop-In Sessions
- Drop-in session fees are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled in advance with notice, but payments cannot be refunded.
3. Workshops
- Workshop fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if FiiNGO cancels or reschedules the workshop.
- Supplies required for workshops are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Online Store Products
- All products purchased through the FiiNGO online store are non-refundable.
- Supplies purchased through the online store are also non-refundable.
5. Additional Equipment Fees
- Additional fees for premium equipment usage, including extra hours on 3D printers, CNC routers, and xTool MetalFab machines, are non-refundable.
