Welcome to FiiNGO. By using our facilities, tools, programs, or services, including memberships, drop-in sessions, workshops, and online platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these carefully. All users must be 18 years of age or older.
1. Memberships
- Membership is $300 per month with a minimum term of three months.
- Memberships provide access to all general shop tools, premium digital fabrication equipment, and workshops, as described in the membership plan.
- Memberships are available only to adults 18 and older.
- Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellation incurs a fee equal to half of the remaining term.
- Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month, with paused time added to the end of the membership. Extended pauses may be approved case-by-case.
- Members receive priority registration for workshops and classes, and exclusive booking privileges for tools and equipment. Availability is subject to scheduling and first-come, first-served rules for certain machines.
- Members have unlimited access to general shop areas, including wood shop, metal hand tools, sewing studio (machines, serger, iron, cutting table), and bike shop.
- Membership includes access to premium equipment with the following monthly usage allowances and additional fees:
- Bambu Lab H2C AMS Combo 3D Printers: 10 hours included per month, additional time $1.50 per printing hour (minimum 30-minute increments). Filament sold separately.
- Carbide 3D Shapeoko 4 XXL CNC Router: 5 hours included per month, additional time $1 per minute (30-minute increments).
- Inventables X-Carve Pro 4×4 CNC System: 5 hours included per month, additional time $1 per minute (30-minute increments).
- xTool MetalFab 1200W Laser Welder & CNC Cutter: 5 hours included per month, additional time $1 per minute (30-minute increments).
- King Industrial 1-1/4″ Milling & Drilling Machine: unlimited use, no additional fees.
- King Industrial 12″ x 36″ Gearhead Metal Lathe (with Taper Attachment): unlimited use, no additional fees.
- KAKA Industrial ALB-126 Sheet Metal Brake (Manual, 126″, 24 Ga): unlimited use, no additional fees.
- Members must follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by staff.
- Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of tools or equipment and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
- Members may work on commercial or paid projects and sell items they create through FiiNGO’s website, Etsy page, or other sales channels established by FiiNGO. FiiNGO may also offer additional income opportunities through workshops, programs, or collaborations.
2. Drop-In Access
- Drop-in sessions are available for a $50 daily fee and must be booked online in advance.
- Drop-in access is available only to adults 18 and older.
- Drop-in hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. No discounts are available for partial-day use.
- All drop-in participants must complete a 15-minute safety orientation and sign a waiver before using any tools. Once orientation is complete, participants may use the space and included tools for the duration of their booked session.
- Drop-in participants have access to the following at no extra charge: wood shop, metal hand tools, sewing studio (machines, serger, iron, cutting table), and bike shop.
- Premium equipment access for drop-ins is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance. Fees apply as follows:
- Bambu Lab H2C AMS Combo 3D Printers: $2 per printing hour (minimum $5). Filament sold separately.
- Carbide 3D Shapeoko 4 XXL CNC Router: $1.75 per minute.
- Inventables X-Carve Pro 4×4 CNC System: $1.75 per minute.
- xTool MetalFab 1200W Laser Welder & CNC Cutter: $1.75 per minute.
- King Industrial 1-1/4″ Milling & Drilling Machine: no extra fees.

Hours of Access
- Membership access is available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Drop-in access is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
3. Workshop Participation
- Workshops generally have a separate fee, though members may receive discounts or occasional free access to select workshops.
- Members receive priority registration for all workshops.
- Details, schedules, and pricing are listed on the Upcoming Workshops page once workshops are scheduled.
- Participation in workshops is subject to all membership terms, safety rules, and the Code of Conduct.
4. Safety and Conduct
- All members and visitors must follow FiiNGO’s safety guidelines, Code of Conduct, and posted rules at all times.
- Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership or drop-in access.
- Alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5. Liability and Waiver
- Use of FiiNGO facilities, tools, and equipment is at your own risk.
- Members and drop-in participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FiiNGO, its staff, and affiliates from any liability, loss, injury, or damage resulting from use of the space or participation in programs.
- Completion of safety orientation and signing a waiver are required for all participants before using any tools.
6. Payments and Fees
- Memberships, drop-ins, workshops, and additional equipment time are subject to the pricing listed on FiiNGO’s website.
- Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early cancellation incurs a fee equal to half of the remaining term.
- Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month, with paused time added to the end of the membership. Extended pauses may be approved case-by-case.
- All other payments, including drop-in fees, workshops, and additional equipment usage, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- FiiNGO reserves the right to update pricing or fees with notice to members.
7. Termination
- FiiNGO may suspend or terminate memberships or drop-in access for violation of Terms of Service, safety rules, or the Code of Conduct.
- Members may cancel their membership according to the cancellation policy stated in their membership plan.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
- Any disputes arising from use of FiiNGO facilities or services will be subject to the courts in British Columbia.
9. Changes to Terms
- FiiNGO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
- Members and drop-in participants will be notified of changes via email or posted notices. Continued use of the space constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
